A neutral party that can provide you the tools & resources for success. Ask Kimberly a minimal question that pertains to life, business, and/or branding. Here are the steps. 1.Book Your Service 2. Send an email to: info@askkimberlylifestyle.com with your request (0/250 words or less) Full Name, Preferred reply email, and contact phone number. 3. An email reply with a via phone appointment will be scheduled. 4. Client may request video conferencing for an additional fee. It's that easy.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy, Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds: In the event client needs to re-schedule a Booking. Request to re-schedule should be provided in writing and emailed to: info@askkimberlylifestyle.com. Place in Subject Line: (RESCHEDULE REQUEST) However, if a deposit was required and/or full booking payment was made (depending on type of event) Deposits received are not refundable if the Client cancels this Agreement for any reason; for consultations we understand life happens and AKL will work with client to re-schedule at a more convenient time. Consultations should be made 24 hrs. prior to client(s) schedule appointment (Excluding Weekends) * Please note we do not provide refunds for 1.1, group coaching workshops and/or online classes, digital products, course services, masterclass and/or speaking engagements. Please understand once a booking has been processed that date/time is taken out of rotation for future bookings of any kind. Late Payments: If you were set-up on installment payments and payment is past due 7 days. A 12% late fee will be attached to your (past due) balance. In the event of breach or cancellation of the entire Booking Agreement by the Client up to 60 days prior to the event, the entire balance shall be immediately due to Kimberly Clark. In the event of Client breach or cancellation of this Booking Agreement within 60 days of a Scheduled Speaking Event; 1-30 Days for any AKL Services not excluding: Coaching Session, Consultation and Brand Services, the entire booking/contract fee shall be due immediately to Kimberly Clark. Please note: All Speaking Engagements Bookings client will receive a contract via Ask Kimberly Lifestyle with Terms & Conditions of Booking.
