    Please note that AKL doesn't ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or the US nationally observed Holidays. During the Holiday season, orders will be shipped via USPS between 5-7 days. If it’s a custom order the turnaround time will be 7-10 processing after placing your order. * Please double-check the shipping address before submitting your order. AKL LIFESTYLE isn't responsible for the incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

    Order Has Shipped:

    When your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Your order will then be processed, and when it's ready to be shipped; you'll receive a second email with tracking # details to follow up on if need be. Please note once your package leaves our establishment AKL, is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. AKL LIFESTYLE will be more than happy to re-ship your order. The shipping cost will be at the customer (s) expense.

    Should your package show delivered. However, you have not received it please; contact USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777. You will be able to retrieve the details with the tracking # that was provided to you via AKL email confirmation that (package has shipped)
