Revive, Replenish, Refresh!

Updated: May 26, 2019

Now that Summer is here you'll most likely be attending several cookouts, beach bashes and RSVP events. The menu items will be endless and so will the calories. There will be early morning brunches and late night entertaining. I know many live for Summer---its that season to let loose, unwind and relax sipping your favorite beverage. I'm going to share a secret with you, but make sure you keep between Us. I know you enjoy all the good eats of summer, with that indulging comes responsibility. Calories don't tell the whole story, your body will make sure of that. To experience the most balanced from days, weeks or a month of indulging. Here's the secret-> "Portion control is something to pay attention to." When you body is feeling sluggish and your energy level is down its trying to have a conversation with you. You, know like when your car is low on gas it seems to not run as efficient then when on full.

That inner voice is saying "Hey Boo, time to Revive, Replenish, Refresh!" Living a healthy lifestyle is all about balanced. It doesn't hurt to include workouts, vitamins, vegetables and juicing in your daily regimen. However, before you make any major lifestyle change be sure to consult with your physician. For me personally I find that a wheatgrass shot every other day in the a.m. provides me the revive, replenish, refresh I need. Cheers to detoxing & boosting your immunity.
