This was probably the first Easter in my lifetime that the entire day was spent at home. However, our time was well spent rejuvenating our spirit and feeding our souls. We were all afforded the renewal of life by spending time at home with the family due to the mandated stay at home order.
Fact: Did you know the Easter Egg in many cultures around the world represents a symbol of new life, fertility, and rebirth? Regardless of your faith on Easter Day, Sunday, April 12, 2020, the world as a whole came face-to-face to a new normal. This new normal became a time for many to simplify the details in their life in order to refuel the mind, body, and soul. Although this time in life may be difficult, you have the power to FAITH it as we continue to move forward together. Just as the seasons change on earth, they are going to change in life. We are ALL experiencing that change now. Some might say the reality of our new normal is dark. I say without FAITH you will only see the FEAR.
It's a new day. A new day to move forward. A new day to be led by the light and not darkness. A new day of peace, not pain. A new day of change, not excuses. A new day to speak faith, not fear. A new day to create the life you desire. Yes, it's a new season to plant seeds that cultivate change.
